About Lisa

My name is Lisa Mase' (she/they). I was born and raised in Italy where I learned the time honored traditions of staying healthy with folk herbalism, seasonal eating and the Mediterranean Diet. When I emigrated to the States, I was confused. People seemed so disconnected from their sources of nourishment. I realized I had left an intact food culture and come to a broken one. I started educating people about food then and there. I am a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist (BCHN), Herbalist, and Registered Health Coach (RHNC). I have spent 15 years studying nutrition science and traditional systems of healing. I created this course because I want to make myself obsolete. This course empowers you with the knowledge and tools you need to be well.
