My name is Lisa Mase' (she/they). I was born and raised in Italy where I learned the time honored traditions of staying healthy with folk herbalism, seasonal eating and the Mediterranean Diet. When I emigrated to the States, I was confused. People seemed so disconnected from their sources of nourishment. I realized I had left an intact food culture and come to a broken one. I started educating people about food then and there. I am a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist (BCHN) and Registered Health Coach (RHNC). I have spent over 15 years studying nutrition science and traditional nutritional philosophies. I offer all the tools you need to promote your well-being. I want to make myself obsolete so that you are empowered with the knowledge and tools you need to be well.
